When I went in the shop I asked for help to buy x6 coasters, she proceded to help me, doing them under the coasters with tx setting, I asked if the black line would show as I wasn\u0027t adding tx, the reply was it shouldn\u0027t do and continued. I had looked on line and x6 coasters were £23 my final price in store was £39, I explained about on line, bridget phoned her daughter who works in asda and was told to tell me don\u0027t listen to online. Bridget came off the phone and gave me £10 off which obviously was frustrating but it is what it is. So I come to Saturday 6th April to pick them up and the nicest lady called Michelle was in the shop not bridget as she said she would be ok she deserves days off but rectify your mistake before you go off, before I complain about the mistake I showed the online price to Michelle who explained that bridget had put them through individual not using the printing system correctly and still over charged me by £2.50,  Michelle went above and beyond to rectify this for me and I am most greatful. I leave the shop with My coasters and I\u0027m super excited to look at them whilst having a coffee, but to my disappointment 😞 the black line bridget said wouldn\u0027t show as there is no tx is all across the bottom of my coaster making it look awful. Once again Michelle went above and beyond to sort this making me x6 new coaster plus re doing 2 as the machine didn\u0027t complete them properly.
