I have been so excited to pick up my hen photos for 3 weeks now. I asked to develop x2 36 photo black and white Polaroid cameras. I paid extra for these to also be sent to my email address. \\r\\n\\r\\nFirst of all, no one wrote or called to tell me they had arrived. I called today and was informed they had arrived but that my online photos had been sent to the incorrect email address. No apologies given by the lady on the phone. This is a clear data breach. I did not consent to my photos being sent to anyone else. \\r\\n\\r\\nSecondly, after I picked the photos up from the letchworth store and got home, I only had 23 photos developed (across both cameras). So instead of 72 photos that I paid for, I received 23. Of those 23, only 6 photos had an actual image on them. The rest were grey. \\r\\n\\r\\nI immediately called up to ask what had happened and was very rudely and in a short manner told to there was nothing she could do over the phone and that I needed to come back to the store. \\r\\n\\r\\nI drive back to the store and received an apology for her short tone over the phone. Although I received an apology, the lady was extremely rude and immediately on the defence. I asked her 1) why there were only 23 photos and 2) why only 6 had images. \\r\\n\\r\\nTo my first question, I was told that I must not have used the entire film. I told her I definitely did and made sure of it. It was my hen and I wanted to make the most of the cameras as possible! She checked the film and confirmed there were meant to be 36 on each (72 total) and didn’t know why that had happened. \\r\\n\\r\\nTo my second complaint, she told me there was nothing she could do as the flash on the disposable must not had worked. I would have understood this however her tone was so short and unsympathetic. I had spent close to £100 on these and it was a very special moment. \\r\\n\\r\\nShe said all she could do was refund me £2!!! And to complain on here. My petrol cost more.
