I will definitely be using the service again. From the outset, Julie demonstrated her professionalism as well as a genuine understanding of cat behaviour; she came round for an initial interview, bringing a folder of CRB, checks and insurance documents, and met with my cat. Throughout my holiday, Julie sent twice daily videos and photos and updates, letting me know how my cat was getting on, how he was eating et cetera. When I got home, the place was spotless, the litter tray was changed. It was a huge reassurance to me to know that my cat was being so well taken care of, and this enabled me to simply enjoy the holiday without worry. My cat has some less than sociable behaviours at times, but Julie is well versed and very experienced with dealing with the range of behaviours and demonstrated patience and understanding. Having met Julie in the initial meeting, I had no qualms whatsoever about handing over my house keys, and I\u0027ve told her to hang onto them because I will certainly be using the service again. I would also say that Julie insures that they are absolutely prepared, should something untoward happen, for example, if your cat needs rushing to a vets, and she made sure in advance that she knew where the cat carrier was, which vets are use, even where the water stopcock is, so I had the reassurance that my cat would be swiftly taken care of  if need be, but also that if a disaster happened in the home, Julie would also be able to respond quickly., And there are even plans in place in the eventuality that Julie herself has to be elsewhere with someone else\u0027s cat emergency, as Keith is the backup cat butler. This is a very professional and unique service and the thoroughness and diligence of their approach is commendable. I have no qualms about recommending this service to cat parents in West Sussex.
